The components of the SEE Learning® framework (systems thinking, compassion, resilience, self-awareness, etc) can be integrated into the curriculum. SEE Learning can be thematically and directly integrated into content, instructional practice and assessment.
If you or your school selects to adopt the SEE Learning Curriculum Integration model it is important to begin with a set of 5 introductory learning experiences. These lessons provide students and teachers with a strong understanding of both SEE Learning and the trauma and resilience-informed approach that underlies how SEE Learning. Having taught these 5 introductory learning experiences an educator can select which module best aligns with the curriculum.
