introduction
“The Resilient Zone,” is where students explore the resilient zone as a state of well-being and regulation where one feels in control. They learn to recognize signs of hyperarousal (being in the high zone) and hypoarousal (being in the low zone). Through practical strategies like tracking, shift and stay, resourcing, or Help Now! Strategies, students work to return to and stay within their Resilient Zone, enhancing their capacity to respond to stress with awareness and balance. This helps students apply resilience by understanding triggers that can push them out of their “OK Zone.”
