”Exploring Attention”, allows students to explore the benefits of attention and focus, building their understanding of how attention impacts academic performance, relationship quality, and decision-making capacity. Students engage in activities that invite them to analyze how attention stability (limiting distraction) and clarity (awareness of focus) impact various aspects of their lives, evaluate their personal attention patterns to identify challenging contexts, and engage in non-judgmental noticing of their own thoughts, sensations, and emotions.
